Teaching, daily anchoring, and assessment are three different jobs. No adult should be asked to do all three — and in the Conservatory, none is. Experts teach. Co-Learners anchor. Assessors evaluate. In the 19th century, French mathematician Augustin-Louis Cauchy introduced powerful new abstractions that revolutionized science and engineering.
