Credentials & Recognition

Your child's credential — recognised, accredited, accepted.

Parents ask two questions about any non-conventional education: Is this real? and Will my child be accepted? The answer to both is yes — backed by international accreditation, Indian government recognition, and legal precedent.

The Wisdom Conservatory's pathways lead to credentials from two accreditation bodies — NWAC and Cognia — depending on the pathway. Here is exactly what each means.

For Pathways I · II · III

NWAC — Northwest Accreditation Commission

Conservatory Formation · Online Conservatory · Conservatory Micro-School

NWAC is a division of Cognia, one of the world's oldest and largest education accreditation organisations. It accredits K–12 schools, distance-learning programmes, and supplementary education institutions, and operates as part of a network spanning over 40,000 institutions in more than 100 countries.

For Pathway IV

Cognia

The Learning Cohort — within your child's existing school.

Cognia is a global nonprofit school improvement and accreditation organisation with more than 130 years of history. It operates in over 100 countries, serving more than 40,000 institutions through three regional accrediting arms: SACS CASI, NCA CASI, and NWAC.

Cognia accreditation is not affiliation — it is an independent, evidence-based evaluation of educational quality. Schools earn it through a rigorous review process including self-assessment, external evaluation by trained third-party reviewers, and an ongoing improvement commitment reviewed every six years.
