The architects behind the architecture
Fifteen years of curriculum development. Twenty-five years of operational engagement with educational institutions. 100+ authored books — including titles published globally by the Financial Times, Sage, and Prentice Hall.
Why we built the Conservatory
The Conservatory is not a startup. It is not incubated, venture-backed, or assembled from a pitch deck. It is the work of two decades — 15 years of curriculum development and 25 years of operational engagement with educational institutions — and the people behind it have authored the work before naming the institution.
Sandeep Srivastava designed and built the 20,000+ microconcept curriculum from first principles — across mathematics, the sciences, history, philosophy, and every K–12 domain. Educated at IIT Delhi and INSEAD France, he has authored over 100 books spanning K–12 academics, parenting, business, technology, internet, and e-governance — including works co-authored with Soumitra Dutta (now Dean, Oxford Saïd Business School) published by Financial Times (UK) and Prentice Hall (USA), and with Kiran Bedi published by Sage (India). He holds working knowledge across most K–12 domains — the polymath breadth the Conservatory demands of its Experts, he models himself. He leads the founding cohorts directly.
Saloni Srivastava co-founded the programme and has been integral to its pedagogical and operational architecture from the beginning. Together, Sandeep and Saloni are the First Learners — walking the same formation path they ask families to walk.
Their daughter was homeschooled through this curriculum, completed her board examinations as a private student, and now works in the US on an O-1 visa — reserved for individuals of extraordinary ability. She is the first proof of concept: a child formed entirely outside the conventional system, thriving inside the world's most demanding professional environment.
Three claims, tested across decades
1. Mathematics is not a subject — it is the first language of thought.
We never learned our mother tongue in classrooms. We absorbed it through stories, play, argument, and the daily texture of home. Mathematics was supposed to be the same. School turned it into a foreign grammar. The Conservatory restores it.
2. AI has mechanised the math of methods. Humanity must now master the math of meaning.
Every procedure your child's school drills is now performed better by a machine. The child who holds the meanings — who understands what the equals sign means, why multiplying by 10 shifts digits, what ’12 square metres’ physically represents — holds an asset AI elevates, never eclipses.
3. The future rewards acceleration of excellence, not excellence itself.
The real advantage now is age. The child who is undergrad-ready by 15, who has read 100+ books by 12, who threads mathematics with physics with philosophy before the conventional system has introduced them as separate subjects — that child compounds years the conventional timeline wastes.
Four commitments
We do not sell what we have not built
Every page on this site corresponds to work that exists. The 5,000+ mathematical meanings are publicly browsable. The curriculum is written. The assessment architecture is designed.
We assess readiness before we accept enrolment
The Readiness Assessment and the founding team conversation are designed to identify families for whom the Conservatory is the right fit — and to redirect, with honesty and a reading list, those for whom it is not.
We design for formation, not for scale
In Pathways I and III, cohorts are small by design — 6 to 10 children. In Pathway II, virtual cohorts are readiness-matched and sized for genuine interaction. In Pathway IV, cohort size is determined by the partner school. In every case, the design serves the formation — not the other way around.
Every child who encounters us leaves better-formed
A child not admitted receives a personalised letter, a curated reading list, and a clear next step: the Foundational Mathematics Course is open to everyone, regardless of pathway readiness. A child who leaves receives their full Thinking Portfolio. Every encounter with the programme leaves the child closer to formation than before.
